Thank you for your service and for shopping with Chain Gang Supply Co. We are proud to supply official, high-quality gear to Florida Correctional Officers, recruits, and tactical professionals.

#### 📦 Fulfillment & Processing Times
• Standard Apparel & Gear: Because our uniform apparel and personalized physical training (PT) items are custom printed and tailored to order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production and processing before shipment.
• Wholesale & Duty Gear: Mandated tools, clear duty bags, and equipment are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 
• Multi-Item Orders: If your order contains a combination of custom personalized apparel and duty gear, items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment centers to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.

#### 🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We ship all orders via trusted domestic carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the items).
• Standard Ground Shipping (Orders under $50.00): $6.99 Flat Rate
• Premium Academy & Bulk Shipping (Orders $50.00+): FREE
• Estimated Delivery: Once fulfilled, transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.

#### 📍 Address Adjustments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a typo or need to modify your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@chaingangsupply.com. Once an order enters active fulfillment status, we are unable to alter the destination.

#### ⚠️ Duties and Customs
All shipments are domestic within the United States. In the rare event that an exchange or specialty order incurs secondary transit fees or municipal taxes, the end customer is responsible for any applicable duties or local collection fees.
