Panama City has two faces. One is sold to tourists. The other is the working waterfront—salt air, ship channels, long shifts, and people who understand what it means to show up when the job gets difficult. Bay Correctional Facility belongs to that second Panama City.
Bay has changed operators over the years, but the reality behind the fence hasn’t changed. Count still has to clear. Posts still need covering. And when a routine shift stops being routine, officers depend on the people standing beside them.
The artwork places the tower and razor wire above a bold BAY wordmark, with marsh grass, dock pilings, open water, and the working port below. “Est. 1995” recognizes the institution’s roots without turning the shirt into another generic corrections graphic.
This isn’t Panama City Beach merchandise. It’s for the people who worked Bay, carried its responsibilities, and earned the right to represent it.
